Conditions for Restarting a Challenge and/or account

The primary responsibility as an EnFoid Prop trader is to protect the assigned capital, failing to do so is a breach of contract.

Misinterpretation of the rules, personal issues, failure of money management, Language barriers, or other things are NOT VALID EXCUSES!
Statements like this show us that you are unable to play by the rules, take responsibility, or not take it seriously.
EnFoid has no Interest in hiring anyone that does not have these qualities

By Starting the Evaluation, you already entered a Legal Agreement with EnFoid (regardless of whether you made a deposit).
The conditions for restarting are pre-defined and agreed upon starting Evaluation.

  • No Trading Rule has been violated.
  • All Trading Objectives are met (except the profit target)
  • the Trading Account balance is Equal or higher as the initial Deposit.
  • Evaluation time is exceeded (30 Days passed since the first trade)

if all the conditions above met, we will Restart your Evaluation account at no charge.

Restarting a Evaluation account may take 1 -3 Business days to process

Verification is to "verify your Evaluation", you already entered a Legal Agreement with EnFoid.
The conditions for restarting are pre-defined and agreed upon starting Verification.

  • No Trading Rule has been violated.
  • All Trading Objectives are met (except the profit target)
  • the Trading Account balance is Equal or higher as the initial Deposit.
  • Verification time is exceeded (60 Days passed since the first trade)

Restart Verifications will be at Evaluation stage!

Restarting a Verification account may take 1 -3 Business days to process


Live Traders have a legally binding contract, failure to uphold the rules defined by this contract, is a breach of contract.

Restarting a Live account without a valid Contract is NOT Possible!

You can however, talk to our Support to reenrol you to the Evaluation Fast-track (possibly free),
It's required, as due to the breach of contract, we have no more valid Due Diligence,
the only way to re-obtain this would be to re-Enrol.


What about the fee i paid?

Example EnFoid Dashboard with avaiable amountWe do not charge fees!, the deposit you made stays on your account, but it can not be used to start a new Evaluation. You will have to make sure the available amount on your account equals or higher to cover a new enrollment.

Once you complete the Verification, the corresponding amount will be released back as promised. The amount of the failed Evaluation or Verification will be released once the second Profit payment is greater as the Vaulted amount.
